PAPER & MICROFILM CONVERSION
DIT can help you move your paper and microfilm to CD, DVD,
a Document Management System, or on to the Web for fast and efficient access to
your data. We convert all types of media including
letter/legal paper, large (24" X 36") plans, and 16mm & 35mm microfilm.
We also scan in color!
Our conversion projects are either completed at our production facility or conducted onsite at the customers' location .
DIT also provides pickup and delivery of your files. DIT provides the equipment, software, personnel, and most importantly, project management to
complete all projects.
All phases of a project conversion such as preparation, scanning, indexing, PDF conversion, OCR, media creation, and systems integration are handled by DIT staff. DIT also provides extensive training and support to ensure that once a project is completed
the customers' staff have the confidence and resources to maintain the system.
CERTIFIED DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION
DIT provides certified document destruction services for
customers who require that their documents be destroyed.
DOCUMENT STORAGE
DIT provides document
storage, normally short-term, for customers who want to free
up space before and during a conversion project.
